I create a hand-crafted and unique design for the website, using Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator.
I code the website with semantic HTML, CSS, Javascript and PHP. All according to current web standards.

The websites I create always have a clear and easy to use navigation. I put a lot of focus on expressing the message and goal behind the website. In other words, I make it easy for the visitor to navigate the website, understand what the site is about, what kind of offers there are, and finding the right information.

The websites I create are created based on current web standards, which among other things means that search engines finds your website easier and that the website works and looks the same in all major web browsers (Internet Explorer (IE6, IE7, IE8, IE9), Firefox, Google Chrome, Safari och Opera).
No templates are used
I design all websites from scratch, no pre-done templates are used. I also hand-code the website, which results in me having full control and knowing exactly what I'm creating.

I have sworn to always deliver the same high quality. I'm not satisfied until I believe that the quality is way above standard. I'm always fully focused and give 100% on the current job.
What does it cost to hire me?
The price of course vary depending on how the project looks and how big it is. Therefore it is always best to create a dialogue with me so I get better clarity on your project and what you need, and then give an reasonable and good quote. Generally my hourly rate is $25. If you wish for a more fixed price, I have compiled a small list of my most common services below.
1) - Design for a website (frontpage + 6 child pages)
I create a unique design for a frontpage and up to 6 child pages. The design is delivered in .psd-format and e-mailed to you.

2) - Design + code (frontpage + 6 child pages)
I create a unique design for a frontpage and up to 6 child pages. I also hand-code the website and take care of everything from start to finish when it's up and running.
Hourly rate: $25/h

3) - Coding of an existing design (frontpage + 6 child pages)
I hand-code a frontpage and up to 6 child pages, using your existing design. I also put it up on the internet for you.
Hourly rate: $25/h

about me Who is Eric?
I'm Eric Thorn, a happy webdesigner and developer currently living in Uppsala, Sweden. I have been doing websites for several years and recently started freelancing. I'm very fond of everything web related and on my free time I spend a lot of time on my own projects, both for pleasure and to expand my knowledge. Besides that I love musing and play guitar.
You can expect a good cooperation with good communication. I believe it's very important to work after the clients needs and I have therefore a very flexible approach in the way I work. I always strive to get better and create websites of very high quality.
